Bertucci’s Dipping Oil

Bertucci’s is a chain of Italian Brick Oven Restaurants on the East Coast which feature Pizza and other Italian Cuisine. One of my favorite things about Bertucci’s is the complementary bread and dipping oil they serve as an appetizer. This oil is awesome! I figured out most of the ingredients of the oil (except the rosemary). A bartender at a Bertucci’s confirmed my guesses and told me about the rosemary. I hope you try it soon!
Bertucci’s Dipping Oil
Olive Oil
Minced Garlic
Rosemary (fresh is WAY better than what you can buy in the store)
Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Red Pepper Flakes
